Jonathan came to us with a clear and ambitious idea: to launch a service that brings physical wellbeing into the workplace. With his unique blend of scientific expertise, personal care and entrepreneurial drive, he needed a name and identity that could carry all of it—calm confidence, real impact and a sense of support. Pace & Ally was born out of that vision: a workplace ally that helps people find their rhythm again, both physically and mentally.
the mission
Our goal was to build a brand that balances professionalism with empathy. A name and design system that feels calm and credible, yet personal and warm. It had to speak to companies and employees alike, inviting them into a rhythm of care, prevention and support.
the results
We started by creating the name. Pace stands for rhythm, flow, and structure — the tempo of a healthy working day. Ally radiates warmth, trust, and the feeling that someone is by your side. Together, Pace & Ally capture the essence of what they offer: support, balance, and progress. The visual identity reflects that same balance. The logo is calm and typographic, allowing the name to speak for itself. Combined with tactile photography and a soft, professional color palette, the branding feels grounded, reliable, and human. We also designed and developed their website. Clear communication ensures a smooth user experience. It is an online presence that reflects the service itself: thoughtful, accessible, and rooted in expertise.
