Alexandra is a shining wedding photographer who seamlessly blends her personal style with the independent intimacy of each couple she captures. Her candid photography perfectly captures the essence of the individuals while effortlessly telling their combined story. You couldn’t ask for a more detailed and attentive photographer.
the mission
Certain of her own perspective style, Alexandra was less certain how best to showcase herself and work in the context of a recognizably fluid identity. Repurposing her great-grandfather’s name for her photography business we already had a strong foundation to build off. The subtle masculinity of the name, paired with feminine sincerity of the photography captured her work flawlessly.
the results
We created a logo that was elegant in its simplicity and balanced in its honour of heritage and new beginnings. Its versatile engagement with her photography is subtle like a watermark, allowing the photography to take centre stage while still having presence. A neutral colour scheme provides a sense of calm and compatibility with any shoot she does. While handwritten messages add a personal touch—which is what weddings are all about.
