Plong is creating sparks in Aalst with its cozy, welcoming vibes and traditional, yet fun approach to food. Geared towards welcoming people of all ages, this popular new restaurant is fast-tracking to be a local staple.
the mission
Toon and Laura reached out to us on the recommendation of the delightful Kelly from La Fabrika, the mastermind behind Plong's captivating interiors. Our challenge was to craft a brand identity that not only complemented the interior aesthetics but also stood out uniquely.
the results
Our goal was to seamlessly integrate with the playful bursts of color that adorned the interiors, striking a balance between vibrancy and clean design. A thoughtfully chosen two-color palette, coupled with minimalist illustrations, emerged as the ideal solution to infuse a sense of fun while maintaining visual harmony. Considering the attention to detail evident in every facet of the business, collaborating with Studio Boekenberg was a natural choice. The outcome? Vibrant Riso printed menus on exquisite flecked corn paper – a feast for the eyes, but please resist the temptation to eat them.
