Bea Borgers is a Brussels photographer and entrepreneur. As a commissioned photographer she often captures portraits and scenes in a cultural context where nothing escapes her imagination. Something which is reflected in her work. Her willingness to share her love for Brussels made her collaborate with other photographers and start up ‘rent a picture’. Choose one or more photos to be hung at your home or office and get surrounded by a unique view of the world, which is constantly changing.

the mission
To harmonise two ideas with a single origin while still allowing them to have autonomy. It didn’t make sense to tear her artistic work from the more entrepreneurial side so we decided to keep them linked, like two sides of the same record.

the results
When we think of Bea, we think of Patti Smith, an enduring rockstar with a heart of gold and glitter. Bea’s style and branding are unmistakably recognizable, reflecting the same look & feel, typography and colours – with a secondary icon for Rent a Picture as a commercial add on. The natural progression led to two logos, one visual identity and two interpretations of the final compositions. The culmination is edgy and playful, harmonious, and yet distinct.
